Case 2. 26 years-old, female, left handed,
with early onset of seizures, presenting with glioma grade II. An infiltrating
non-enhancing lesion in the left fronto-temporal lobe that extends to the
contralateral frontal lobe (a-d) with no hyperperfusion (e) and low
pick of NAA and high picks of Co and lac/lip (f). The fMRi (g,h) demonstrated
bilateral language activation, which is located near to the tumoral lesion.
