- Compare a population of Lupus patients with a normal population
- Lupus population : 9 patients
- Normal population : 10 patients
|

|
- Create 4 atlases for each population :
- 2 for the CBV images :
- 1 grey matter atlas.
- 1 white matter atlas.
- 2 for the CBF images:
- 1 grey matter atlas.
- 1 white matter atlas.
- Thanks to the atlases we will be able to compare the different
populations. The atlases need to be registered to a reference to allow
the comparison. Our reference will be a Phantom.

- Separating the white and grey matter we avoid the overlapping between
white and grey matter. We don’t want to sum white matter with grey
matter.

- This atlas based comparison technique may be useful for studying a wide
