Contrast enhanced CT without Valsalva maneuver.  There is mild right proptosis.  The fusiform lesion (M) is homogeneous and demonstrates no evidence of enhancement.  The right superior ophthalmic vein is identifiable but displaced by the mass medially and inferiorly.
Repeat with Valsalva maneuver demonstrates no change in imaging findings.
