Introduction
  • The sacral foramina are involved with wide variety of disease processes.
  • These can be local or systemic disease.
  • The disease processes involving the sacrum can be challenging for clinician as presenting symptoms or physical signs may not  be specific.
  • Multimodality imaging approach is essential in evaluating the sacral foramina.
  • Six patients with different disease processes involving the sacral foramina are presented.
